Motorola together with Sprint had a press event in New York city, which I did not know. Anyway, there were a slew of handsets that Motorola announced during the event and the first one is the Motorola Triumph. The phone is expected to be offered or launched by Virgin Mobile.
Anyway for the specs of the device. Well, these are just the initial specs of the Triumph, it was just announced I believe, and by that the detailed specs of the handset is not yet there so I will just be listing what Motorola presented.
Motorola Triumph specs:
- Android 2.2 Froyo
- 1GHz processor (probably single core)
- 4.1" WVGA (480 x 800) touchscreen display
- 5MP rear facing camera
- 720p video recording
- VGA front facing camera
- HDMI out
- 720p playback
- 32GB expandable memory
- probably via a microSD card slot
Will be updating this post if I get more specs from the device. The phone is said to be a low-cost handset that is, apparently heading for Virgin Mobile which is known for their flexible offers and the Triumph is included in it.
