UK: The LG Optimus Black will be launched in the UK next week


The LG Optimus Black was announced way back in January alongside the Optimus 3D is said to be coming to the UK market next week. The Optimus Black is the first, or let me say, the only LG smartphone that feature's the company's innovative NOVA display technology which gives the smartphone a screen brightness that no other smartphone can. Anyway, Pocket-Lint have confirmed that, truly, the smartphone will hit the UK market by next week. So for those who wants to get the super bright LG Optimus Black you should know that Orange UK and T-Mobile UK will be carrying the device.



As a refresher the LG Optimus Black features Android 2.2 Froyo (upgradeable to 2.3 Gingerbread), a 1GHz processor, 4" WVGA NOVA display (producing a 700nit brightness), WiFi, GPS, a 5MP rear facing camera with 720p video recording, a 2MP front facing camera, 2GB of internal storage, and 512MB of RAM.
