World's first MeeGo based netbook announced by Fujitsu


MeeGo, the Linux based OS that I did not know could work in netbook. Putting my ignorance aside, the Japanese company have announced the world's first MeeGo based netbook, the Lifebook MH330. It will be powered by an Intel Atom N455 processor with 1GB of RAM. Fujitsu have customized the MeeGo OS to take advantage of hardware buttons and nothing else.   • MeeGo OS
  • 1.66GHz Intel Atom N455 processor
  • 1GB of RAM
  • 250GB HDD
  • 10.1" (1024 x 600) LED bakclit display
  • Price: not disclosed but Engadget estimated it at around $400
