Google in the UK have announced the availability of Voice Actions for Android. This feature was first available in the US, and it really helps, specially when your that kind of person who is busy and too lazy to just do some tapping on your Android devices. It is now available to more countries like in the UK, France, Italy, Germany, and Spain. You can download it from the Android Market and it requires you to have Android 2.2 Froyo or higher.

Speak any of these commands to perform a Voice Action on your phone:
- send text to [contact] [message]
- call [business]
- call [contact]
- go to [website]
- navigate to [location/business name]
- directions to [location/business name]
- map of [location]
