Boost Mobile, Sprint's no-contract brand, announced the Samsung Transform Ultra. The smartphone has it's own dedicated page on the carrier's website and it says, "coming soon". The mid-range Android powered smartphone will be available come October 7th for only $229.99 without contract. We know that the device sports Android 2.3 Gingerbread, a 3.2" touchscreen display, a 1GHz processor, a 3MP rear facing camera, VGA front, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a microSD card slot for your extra storage needs.

Boost Mobile officially announces the Samsung Galaxy Prevail

Boost Mobile have announced their own Galaxy branded Samsung phone, the Samsung Galaxy Prevail. The phone will be available at Boost Mobile (a new network on this blog) in "late April" and features a "fairly" stock Android 2.2 Froyo. The device carries a 3.2" touch screen display, a 2MP rear facing camera, Bluetooth, GPS, and microSD card slot which can support up to 32GB of storage. The phone will cost you $179.99 without contracts (that's the Boost Mobile way). The phone is also the network's first CDMA Android-based device. Read the press release over the break.
