RockMelt releases an update to their browser - RockMelt version 0.9.64.253 now available

RockMelt have updated their browser to now support Chrome 13, the newest version of Google Chrome's browser engine. Aside from sporting Chrome 13, version 0.9.64.253 also brings in new stuff into the browser including better security and performance enhancements.

One of the most noticeable change in this version o RockMelt is the browser's ability to incorporate more perfectly Chrome themes. This is one of the features that was already available on previous RockMelt version but it did not just fit perfectly. Today, when you upgrade, you'd be getting a better looking browser with the help of Chrome themes that you can download from the Chrome web app store.

RockMelt, in their continued development of the social networking-centric browser, have fixed over 100 bugs  with this version. That includes the issue of logging into Facebook everytime you open up or launch RockMelt.

The browser will automatically update itself in the next coming days but if you don't like to wait for it, then you can manually check for the update by clicking on the RockMelt button> About RockMelt > and then apply the new version.
